Gamora is a character in Guardians of the Galaxy and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2. She acts as a love interest to Peter Quill, and shows that they mutually like each other. The adopted daughter of a Mad Titan, Gamora wishes to redeem herself for the past crimes and help save the lives of others.
Gamora is portrayed by Zoe Saldana.
Early life Edit
Gamora was raised by a family of Zehoberei before they were all killed for Thanos. He killed all of their races, but kept one alive: Gamora and turned her into a weapon.
Every day as children, Gamora and Nebula would fight each other in combat by order of Thanos. In fear for her life, Gamora would often beat Nebula at everything, but didn't take account to what Thanos was doing to Nebula (who just wanted a sister rather than Gamora killing her indirectly).
